This is a workshop for 11&12 year old girls:
• A circle of storytelling and sharing, to understand her developing body.
• Fun, Safe and nurturing environment that encourages honest, open and reflective dialogue.
• Learning through Artistic Creative Guidance, with take home momentos.
• Enhancing each young girls sense of understanding, compassion and kindness for themselves and each other as they gather in circle.
Facilitator of workshop Beth Newman is a Mother, Midwife, Educator and facilitator and, because of personal and professional experience, is passionate about informing and empowering our young girls about their bodies and the upcoming changes and tools to cope.
